Exit Media Library does not work in WebEdit mode

If working in the Media Library in WebEdit mode you can not exit the Media Library using the normal exit method.
Scenario:
- Login as e.g. admin in WebEdit mode.
- Click green dot on any item.
- In opened window switch to Media Library using switcher in bottom.
- Click red sitecore logo and choose Exit Media Library.
- Confirm exiting in dialog window.
Result: nothing happens.
